I would like to order SenseCAP but I am outside the EU. Is it possible?
Yes, it is possible. Please, send us the email at info@cleverhotspots.com with relevant information like amount of SenseCAPs requested, version of RAM preferred, name, address, phone, email, company details and VAT number (if any) and we will process the order.
I would like to buy the goods as a company. How can I do it?
You should fill in the box "Billing address - Specify company details” in the third step of the order where you place the basic information.
When you fill in the Corporate Identification Number (CIN) and VAT number of the company, the order will be without VAT.
I would like to order a bigger amount via bulk order. Is it possible?
Yes, it is possible. Please, contact us at info@cleverhotspots.com. We will find some solution together.
Can I request special pricing for high quantities?
Yes. If you want to purchase a high quantity, please contact our sales team in order to get a discounted price. Just e-mail to info@cleverhotspots.com about the product and the quantity that you want to buy. Our sales team will prepare a discounted quote for you.
Are you official distributor of SenseCAP M1 produced by SeeedStudio?
Yes, we are official distributor of SenseCAP M1. We are on official website of SeeedStudio with all official distributors of SenseCAPs.
When can I expect my order to be shipped?
For all pre-orders of SenseCAPs, the distribution will be according to description at the relevant type of SenseCAP.
For all available goods we ship right away which typically takes 1-3 business days.
Delivery time from our stock in Czech Republic to countries in Europe is approx. from 2 till 4 business days.
Shipping to other countries is set individually and we will inform you about the delivery.
If the goods are not in our stock in Prague, we inform you at relevant products about the expected delivery dates.
Are packages insured?
Yes, the amount of insurance depends on the goods. We suggest choosing an appropriate form of delivery depending on the value of the order, so that in case of damage to the parcel you can receive a full refund from the carrier.
What are the shipping costs of SenseCAP M1?
There is free shipping of SenseCAP M1 across whole Europe.
I have a problem with my products (missing or damaged product), what should I do?
If you have a problem with your package, such as a missing or damaged-in-transit product, send us an email at info@cleverhotspots.com and we will contact you to resolve the issue.
I didn't find my country on the shipping country list. Can you deliver the goods to me too?
Yes, we can. Please, contact us at info@cleverhotspots.com and we will try to find an appropriate solution and to process the order.
If I order a pre-order product, will you send all my products at once?
Yes. Depending on the expected delivery time, we will try to ship all your products in one parcel. There are some exceptions where we may offer to ship your products separately, however we will discuss this with you individually.

How can I pay? What are the payment possibilities?
There are possible online card payments and bank transfers. We accept EUR, USD and CZK.
In the case of willingness to pay with cryptocurrencies, please contact us at info@cleverhotspots.com.
In the case of order outside the EU or order as the company and VAT payer, the system allows just bank transfers.

Are prices with or without VAT?
All products are with both VAT and without VAT prices.
What sales document will I get?
We issue VAT invoices for all orders. You will receive the document to the email address given in your order. Remember to provide correct data, because after approving and placing an order it will not be possible to change it.
How is VAT solved among the countries in the EU?
If you are an individual physical person in the EU and you do not have a tax identification number, you will pay VAT according to your local tax legislation. VAT itself will be calculated automatically by the eshop. We will pay this VAT to your local financial office.
If you are an enterprise in the EU and you have a tax identification number, you will pay the price excluding VAT. You are exempt from VAT due to delivery of goods to another EU member state according to EU tax law.
How is VAT solved among the countries outside the EU?

If you are outside the EU, you will pay the price excluding VAT. VAT itself is exempt because of delivery of goods outside the EU according to EU and international tax law.
What will be mining at my premises?
To be honest, it is very difficult to say what it will earn at your premises in the future. It depends on a lot of aspects like the price of HNT, connectivity to other miners, engaging in proof of coverage challenges, distance from other miners, the placement of the miner in your house, location, terrain, hotspot density, type of antenna, antenna view, future development of area etc. Mining is very individual and it depends on all these parameters mentioned above.
Can I use more than 1 miner in one location?
You can only place one miner in one location. The goal is to create coverage by connecting with other miners. If more miners are in your proximity you will have to share the rewards with the others. You will also want to optimize for height.
Are there some additional costs to start mining Helium tokens?
You can solve mining via an easy way with no additional costs except purchase of a miner. Just to install it and to set up it. However, you can also fine tune it via purchase of some stronger antenna that could be on the roof of the building etc.
